Charlotte's Premier Golf Business Development Group
We are industry exclusive membership Business Development group that meets monthly to participate in a monthly Captains Choice Golf Scramble (other formats used from time to time). Each Member will be paired with another Member for each monthly event. Members have a 1-2-1 to discuss bringing a guest that benefits their pairing for that event. The event also offers, open networking prior to the shotgun start, as well as open networking at the 19th hole directly after the round/event ends.

Annual Membership
There will only be one seat available for joining per occupation, and that member will be the exclusive occupation/profession for our group. This will bring notoriety and visibility to your membership investment. Members will fulfill their monthly obligation and provide guests based on the organization’s needs, ensuring maximum exposure during each individual event.

Membership Information
Annual Member Joining Fee (Joining fee, does not pay for rounds each month)
Member is required to bring a twosome for each monthly event. Member will be paired with another member to form an intentional foursome. Foursome options may be allowed based on circumstances

Format and Rules:
Captains Choice – Scramble
“Scramble” format the players or designated team captain decide after each shot which one the best shot is. Each player on the team plays their next shot from that spot; within one club length no closer to the hole. The group then plays this way until the ball is holed out. The group takes a score at the end of each hole based on the single best shots from each position on that hole.
OTHER FORMATS USED FOR VARIOUS EVENTS
Foursome Best Ball
“Best Ball” format, each player plays their own ball throughout each hole. The team’s score for the hole is the lowest score shot by a single team member on that hole. So in other words, if Player A and Player B are again partners and one makes a 4 and the other a 5 with their own balls respectively, then the group takes a 4 for that hole. Handicaps can be used in this format to make it more fair for everyone. This format is a little more serious as everyone gets to play their ball for a full 18 holes; usually for the more serious of golfers.
Two Man Alternate Shot
“Alternate shot” is a format in which two golfers play as partners, playing only one golf ball, taking turns playing the strokes. In other words, the two golfers alternate taking shots. The golfer who tees off on No. 1 is also going to tee off on Nos. 3, 5, 7 and so on – all the odd-numbered holes. The golfer who tees off on No. 2 will also tee off on Nos. 4, 6 and so on – all the even-numbered holes. Penalty strokes do not affect the order of play in alternate shot. playing out of order results in the cancellation of the stroke and a penalty of two strokes, with the golfers required to replay the stroke. Failure to correct the error results in disqualification.
“PPGG” Ball Scramble
Each group will receive one “colored” ball. The rules are that each golfer on the team must use that ball rotating G1, G2, G3, G4, G1, G2, G3, G4, G1, G2, G3, G4, G1, G2, G3, G4, G1, G2 and if the ball is not lost by the end of the round, the team receives some sort of prize. The format is a scramble while playing with the colored ball addition, the players or designated team captain decide after each shot which one the best shot is. Each player on the team plays their next shot from that spot; within one club length no closer to the hole. The group then plays this way until the ball is holed out. The group takes a score at the end of each hole based on the single best shots from each position on that hole.
